Falling Dreams
Falling dreams are common as many people experience these at some
times in their lives. Psychologically, falling dreams are not given
much importance, but they do indicate various aspects of a person's
life.
The most common myth for falling dreams goes that if a person who
has the dream does not get up before he / she touches the ground
he / she would die. According to Freud, a falling dream indicates
that a person might be contemplating in giving up to his / her
sexual desires. On the other hand, interpretations from other
sources says that falling dreams mean that a person resists the
ways of their higher power and concentrates more on his own ways.
Falling dreams generally occurs during the first stage of sleep.
A person tends to have spasms in various parts of his / her body.
They are known as Myoclonic Jerks. Research shows that there is
a sudden dip in the blood pressure of a person during this phase.

3. Fear of failing
4. Anxiety
4. Failure in job, school or in love
5. Feeling shameful about one's own self

3. Am I on the verge of losing someone or anything?
4. Have I been disappointed with someone or something?
5. Does something in my house needs my attention and I need to mend
/ repair it?
What should I do?
The first and foremost thing that you should do about falling dreams
is to resolve the problem that you are facing. Note down the points
that you think are a problem and also the ways by which they can
be resolved. Get back to the notes after a week and see if you have
been able to keep up with the changes. Try to listen to some soft
and gentle music or watch something that relaxes the mind before
you go to sleep.
